What if the purchased work is not as described? All efforts are made to ensure the descriptions of the works are correct, but in the unlikely event of a mis-description we offer a full refund as long as the work is safely returned to us. What if I don't like the work once I have received it? You have 7 days to notify us for a no quibble refund. Once the work has been safely returned to us and is in the same condition as when it was sent out, a full refund less postage costs will be made. Can works be shipped outside the UK? Yes. Please contact us for additional shipping charges which will be at cost. The buyer is responsible for any duty and/or taxes levied by the country to which it is shipped, and is also responsible for any local laws governing the import of the work. When will my purchase be delivered? As soon as payment has been cleared, which is usually within 2 days, the work will be dispatched. Delivery within the UK will normally be within 5 working days of purchase; for other countries it will vary. How do I pay? Payment may be made by cheques in sterling drawn on UK bank accounts, or by credit/debit cards using Google Billing (preferred) or using PayPal. |
